Keep track of your workouts online!

Training Peaks

Your training schedule will be posted on a site called Training Peaks. This is an online program that we use to coach our individual athletes. We feel it is the best way to stay in communication with you for your training schedule.

Enter Your Workouts Online

  1. Go to
  2. Login at the top right-hand corner.
    Enter your Username and Password (sent to you in email from a Triple Threat Tough coach)
  3. For help with using the program, click "My Settings" in the top right-hand corner, and watch the videos available on the "Start" tab.
  4. What to log for each workout:
    • Post-activity comments — Tell us how the workout went, heart rates, how you felt, etc...the more info you give us the better coaches we can be.
    • Log your total time and distance.
    • If you have a heart rate monitor, post it through the "Upload new device file" button/option.
    • Press the "Save" button.
      If you want to fill out the other items, please do...the more info you log, the better we can track what's going on.

Several How-To Videos provide a tour of TrainingPeaks without requiring you to login.
