As many begin the new season of training with easy base work, there is always a great deal of talk around upcoming races and plans for the new year. It can be very easy to be sitting in front of the tablet or computer perusing Facebook or other websites and quickly realize that you just signed up for a marathon, half ironman, Ironman and a couple sprint triathlons. I have been guilty of this before. Once the high of the initial phase of registering for races diminishes, many folks can be quickly overwhelmed by everything that they have coming up in the next year.
